I have to wonder about the validity of my child's school, which also happens to be my place of employment, when they send out a memo.
And in the "to" line of the memo it reads:
"To: Teacher's and staff."
Oh, by the way, the memo was signed by the principal.
Talk amongst yourselves.

Classic. Happens all the time.
Muahahahahaha!
Maybe the principal needs to sit in on a grammar class. :D
XXOO
I am horrified on a daily basis by things such as that. I just want to scream. I know I am not a genius by any means, but crimeny!
That needs to be saved for prosperity! Although, I graduated from a "Schoo" not a "School" so...
That makes we want to throw up. As an English major with a concentration in *literacy*, I realize I have a bias. But my college education has little to do with my use of punctuation.
Ugh.
At the college I worked at, they have a sign outside of the Deans' office. It says, "Dean's Office." It always bothered me because there are two deans.
It seems like educational institutions should get it right.
